🙏🌻This is why I love Ayurveda 🙏🌻

My daughter suffered from Rosacea a few months ago, after long conversations I managed to persuade her to go down the Ayurvedic route.
She dedicated herself to the plan I prescribed to reduce more heating foods, for example ( cheese, eggs, ...alcohol, red meat and spicy) she introduced more cooling foods (cucumber, melon, green leaves and drank coconut water) and added Turmeric to her daily intake. I also advised to practise Trataka ( candle gazing) in the evening followed by a foot massage ( pada abhyanga) 🙏🌻
