πSome moments leave you with no words π
Tonight in my second home, I looked through a telescope and watched the full moon up close. Every crater, every shadow, every detail took my breath away. πβ¨
Iβve always loved the moon, but seeing it like this made me appreciate ...its beauty even more. Feeling completely speechless, grateful, and reminded that the most extraordinary things are often right above us ππ»

π»πΏWhen the heat rises, so can Pitta. π»πΏ
One of my favourite ways to cool and nourish the body is with this delicious refreshing summer salad:
π Watermelon
π₯ Cucumber
πΏ Fresh mint
π§ Feta
Finished with a simple dressing of:
π Lime ...juice
π― Honey
β¨ Ground cumin
In Ayurveda, watermelon, cucumber and mint are wonderfully cooling, helping to soothe excess Pitta during hot weather. The touch of cumin supports digestion, while feta adds a satisfying savoury balance and protein.
Remember, balance is about listening to your body. Eating with the season is one of the simplest ways to support your wellbeing π»πΏ

ππ» Iβm feeling so proud of these incredible student teachers as we completed our final mentoring session before their yoga teacher training assessment. π
Watching each of them grow in confidence, deepen their practice, and step into their authentic voice as teachers has been ...such a privilege. They have shown dedication, courage, passion and a genuine commitment to this path.
Remember, your assessment isnβt about perfectionβitβs an opportunity to share everything youβve learned and the unique gifts only you can bring. Trust yourselves, breathe deeply, and teach from your heart.β€οΈ
Wishing you all the confidence and calm as you take this next step. Iβm so grateful to have been part of your journey and canβt wait to see the beautiful teachers you continue to become.
Youβve got this. β¨ππ»

πΏCucumber and Lemon Balm infused water to stay cool from the inside out πΏ
One of my favourite ways to support the body in hot weather is with refreshing cucumber and lemon balm water.
π₯ Cucumber is naturally hydrating and cooling.
πΏ Lemon balm has a gentle, calming... quality that helps soothe both body and mind.
In Ayurveda, summer is associated with increased Pitta doshaβthe energy of heat and transformation. When Pitta becomes elevated, you may notice feeling overheated, irritable, inflamed, or restless. Cooling, hydrating foods and herbs can help bring the body back into balance.
Simply add slices of fresh cucumber and a handful of lemon balm leaves to a jug of filtered water. Leave to infuse for a few hours, then enjoy throughout the day.
A simple ritual to nourish, hydrate, and help keep your inner fire balanced.
