I’m still floating after an unforgettable week hosting my Yoga and Ayurvedic Wellness in beautiful Andalusia. The sunshine, the mountains, the stillness of the mornings, the laughter at dinner, and the deep connections we shared — everything came ...together in the most magical way.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined, trusted the process, and showed up with open hearts. Watching you grow, relax, and reconnect was the greatest reward. 🙏🌻❤️

My heart is full of gratitude for the beautiful souls who shared this special journey with me. We laughed until our cheeks hurt, cried when our hearts needed to, moved, breathed, connected, and simply allowed ourselves to be present.
We watched the sun rise and set, gazed at endless stars, shared delicious and nourishing food, and created memories that I know will stay with me for a long time. 🌅✨

Thank you to every single person who brought their energy, openness and beautiful spirit to this retreat and of course the gorgeous Keri @valledevidaretreat who never fails to make us feel so at home. You all made it what it was. 🤍

Feeling deeply grateful and blessed as I return home — carrying a little piece of Andalusia and all of you in my heart.♥️

Tonight in my second home, I looked through a telescope and watched the full moon up close. Every crater, every shadow, every detail took my breath away. 🌕✨

I’ve always loved the moon, but seeing it like this made me appreciate ...its beauty even more. Feeling completely speechless, grateful, and reminded that the most extraordinary things are often right above us 🙏🌻
